We have combined our Adventure Boot Camp Workouts that were voted the best in Boerne for five years straight, along with four weeks of delicious, easy to follow meals plans complete with grocery shopping lists and a recipe book to launch you into the new year.
Having the guidance and accountability of Boerne’s Best Personal Trainer (the people have spoken) along with your new fitness family of Boot Campers will ensure that this year, you don’t fizzle out before the end of January again. We have a Private Facebook, and send out uplifting motivational daily emails to ensure you stay on target for these 28 days.
Getting laser focussed on what we want and where we are going this year will be our first order as we will reflect and realize our intentions through our amazing all new goal setting workshop.
We have four camp times per day: in addition to our regular morning camps at 5:30-6:30 AM, 7:00-8:00 AM, and 8:30-9:30 AM, we have an afternoon camp time of 6:00-7:00 PM to get your body moving and keep those winter blues away.
Just imagine how you are going to feel with 10-15 pounds of fat kicked to the curb off of your Holiday body setting you up for the greatest Spring Break beach body EVER. You will gain strength and balance and have a blast doing it.
